Life Coaching and Mentoring Services
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Unlike most standard coaching models, my approach combines life coaching with spiritual mentoring and includes a guided meditation at the beginning of our session. I also use a gentle, yet powerful emotional and psychological inquiry process to help uncover the limiting core beliefs, fear, or unrecognized blockages that are keeping you from reaching your goals.

Coaching Fees
Note: My goal during these difficult economic times is to offer my services at affordable rates so you can receive the help you need. If the fee below still poses a financial difficulty, please call or email me and I’d be happy to work something out with you! No one turned away due to inability to pay.
No monthly commitment is required, but it is advisable to book your sessions ahead of time to reserve your time slot. Because change takes time, the most optimal coaching period for getting the best results is at least two months or 8 sessions, depending on your goals.
Prepayment can be made by cash, check or credit card.
Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone.

What happens in a session?
Most of my coaching is done over the phone and sessions are normally in 60 minute blocks of time, scheduled one to four times per month. For individuals who prefer to meet in person, I’d be happy to arrange that.
I coach you in accessing your own inner wisdom for a shared experience of heightened understanding and clarity on the central issue or goal you bring to the session. We work together on bringing the highest and wisest part of you to conscious awareness with the shared help of your unified Self/inner Teacher.
From that “shared choice”, you’re able to uncover what thoughts, emotions, and core beliefs are holding you back and from there open them up for a shift in perception, a new understanding, and an experience of the presence of your true Self. This gives you the greater vision, sense of purpose, meaning, and inspiration to move forward in accomplishing what you really want. With renewed energy and enthusiasm you find yourself naturally motivated to follow through on whatever steps and strategies we set together.
An additional component I bring to our work together is my intuitive ability for accessing information that can be the catalyst for unexpected insights and breakthroughs. I often pick up buried feelings, conflicting emotions, unexpressed thoughts, wisdom, creative insights and strengths that you may not be conscious of and offer them as additional information to consider and work with.

GROUP COACHING
A custom rate can be arranged for small groups of 3-6 individuals who share a common focus or area. It's a great way to be coached while learning from each other and saving money at the same time. We can meet by teleconference line or if feasible, in person.
